Mt Cattlin Lithium Mine – Talison

- Production: In 2021 approximately 1.95 million tonnes (4.3 billion pounds) of lithium was extracted from Greenbushes Mine.
In 2017 Talison Lithium mine commenced construction of a second large chemical grade lithium processing plant (CGP2) which which was officially opened in 2019. This project will more than double production capacity at the mine to 1.34mtpa of lithium concentrates.
Greenbushes Lithium Mine

- Production: In 2021 approximately 1.95 million tonnes (4.3 billion pounds) of lithium was extracted from Greenbushes Mine.
Located South and right next ot the town of Greenbushes in Western Australia. The attractive location of the Lithium mines operations, both in proximity to Perth and the coastal holiday regions of the South West Western Australia, enables us to recruit and retain a talented and stable workforce who generally live in the local area.
Wodgina Lithium Mine

- Location: Wodgina Mine, Unnamed Road, Marble Bar WA 6760
- Production: In 2019 approximately 750,000 tonnes (432,000 pounds) of lithium was extracted from Wodgina Mine.
As one of the largest known hard rock lithium deposits in the world, Wodgina Lithium mines Project is a Tier 1 asset.
Wodgina is currently undergoing a number of upgrades such as 81km, 10-inch natural gas pipeline, a 64MW gas-fired power station, expansion of accommodation facilities, extension to tailings storage facilities and an upgrade to the water supply infrastructure
Mt Marion Lithium Mine

- Location: Mount Marion, Karramindie WA
- Production: In 2021 approximately 450,000 tonnes (900 Million pounds) of lithium was extracted from Mt Marion Mine.
During 2018-2019, The Mt Marion Lithium mine site underwent an upgrade to increase the nameplate capacity of the plant to 450,000 tonnes per annum.
A new current upgrade project is underway to increase production to 900,000 tonnes of mixed grade spodumene concentrate per annum by December 2022.
Mt Cattlin Lithium Mine – Allkem

- Project: Mt Cattlin.
- Location: Galaxy Lithium Australia Limited, Newdegate-Ravensthorpe Rd, Ravensthorpe WA 6346.
- Production: In 2021 approximately 1.8Million Tonnes (3.9 billion pounds) of lithium was extracted from Mt Cattlin Mine.
The lithium concentrate (spodumene) product made at the Mt. Cattlin plant is trucked to Esperance Port for shipment to an Asian clientele.
The Mt Cattlin spodumene project has continued to be a dependable, affordable supplier of high-quality lithium concentrate since it resumed production in late 2016.
Bald Hill Lithium Mine

- Location: Ball Hill Lithium and Tantalum Mine, Widgiemooltha WA 6443
- Production: In 2021 approximately 155,000 Tonnes (3.4 million pounds) of lithium was extracted from Bald Hill Mine.
Located in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia, 50 kilometres south-east of Kambalda.
The Bald Hill hard rock lithium facility produces a sizable amount of tantalum as a byproduct and top-notch +1 mm spodumene concentrate (low mica, low iron).
The project started up in March 2018 with a 155 ktpa spodumene concentrate production capacity, and the first shipment of lithium concentrate was finished up in early May 2018.
Pilgangoora Lithium Mine

- Project: Pilgangoora.
- Location: Pilbra minerals Mine, Marble Bar WA 6760
- Production: Approximately 2Million tonnes (4.4 billion pounds) of lithium was extracted from Pilgangoora Mine.
Located in Western Australia, 120 kilometres from Port Hedland. One of the largest hard rock lithium resources in the world, the Pilgangoora ore body is regarded as strategically significant within the global lithium supply chain.
Because Pilbara Minerals can raise production quickly to meet increased market demand for lithium because to the presence of two processing plants, Pilbara Minerals can reach markets more quickly.
Ngungaju Lithium Plant

- Project: Ngungaji.
- Location: Pilbra minerals Mine, Marble Bar WA 6760.
- Production: Approximately 220,000 tonnes (4.8 million pounds) of lithium is expected to be extracted from Ngungaju Plant by the September Quarter of 2022.
In October 2021 we successfully produced the first spodumene concentrate from the coarse circuit at our Ngungaju Plant.
Finniss Lithium Project

- Project: Finniss Lithium Project
- Location: Pilbra minerals Mine, Marble Bar WA 6760
- Production: In 2021 approximately 1.3 million tonnes (4.8 million pounds) of lithium was extracted from Ngungaju Plant.
The Finniss Project benefits greatly from the proximity to grid electricity, gas, and rail as well as the 88 km trucking distance to Darwin Port on cemented roads.
Core hopes to start building at Finniss before the end of 2021, with initial production anticipated by the end of 2022, subject to ongoing favourable market conditions for lithium, funding, and a final investment decision.
Up and coming lithium projects
