Here at Y Ballarat we provide a wide range of programs and services to over 100 communities across Victoria, including rural and remote communities. We currently have over 700 staff across the state and continue to grow and develop our passionate workforce.
Our childrens services operations include the management of kindergartens, early learning centres and before and after school care. We have over 90 services across Victoria. Our Youth programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and in our ReCranked and JumpStart programs.

Our Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for casuals to join our relief pool for work in the East Gippsland Region and are looking for Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our motivated and enthusiastic team.
The role will require someone who is focused and able to work within tight time frames and enjoys working towards a common goal.
As part of the Y Ballarat, you will have access to structured support, leadership and shared services functions.
Y Kinders manage these services in the East Gippsland Region:
- Lakes Entrance Preschool
- Mallacoota Preschool
- Orbost Preschool
- Swan Reach & District Preschool

Qualification: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Degree with relevant industry experience.
